DMCA Notice and Safe Harbor Policy

Our website adheres to the safe harbor provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), as outlined in 17 U.S.C. 512. If you believe your copyright has been violated, please provide us with a notice containing the following information:

  1. Authorized Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the Copyrighted Work: Clearly identify the copyrighted work that is claimed to be infringed. If multiple works are involved, please provide a list. For quicker processing, including relevant URLs (e.g., YouTube links) in the body of your email is helpful.
  3. Contact Information: Include sufficient information for us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, phone number, and, if available, an email address.
  4. Good Faith Belief Statement: A statement affirming that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. (Please note that under Section 512(f), misrepresentation of material or activity may lead to liability for damages.)
